Refund and Return Policy

At JRMT Consulting LLC, we deliver tailored, high-touch advisory services and custom intelligence reports. Because our work involves immediate allocation of expert research and custom analysis upon project kickoff, all purchases are subject to the following policy:
1. General Policy & Scope

All Sales Final: All fees paid for custom advisory, research, and intelligence services—including The Bespoke Dossier™ and The 14-Day Operational Gap Review™—are final and non-refundable.

No Work Prior to Payment: Work begins only after payment has been processed and authorized in full.
2. Subscription & Recurring Billing

Cancellation Timing: You may cancel a recurring subscription (Monthly, Bi-Weekly, Quarterly, or Annual) at any time prior to your next scheduled billing date.

Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops all future automatic charges. Once a recurring charge has been processed, the fee for that billing cycle is non-refundable, and you will receive your scheduled deliverable for that paid period.
3. Service Scope & Scope Changes

Scope Review: Each intake submission is reviewed for scope and technical feasibility prior to invoice issuance.

Out-of-Scope Requests: If an intake request is determined to fall outside the parameters of the selected service tier, JRMT Consulting LLC reserves the right to decline the request or provide an updated custom quote prior to payment authorization.
