Terms of Use

Welcome to JRMT Consulting, LLC (“JRMT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our website (https://www.jrmtconsulting.com), digital downloads, educational content, courses, templates, toolkits, and related advisory and consulting services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using any JRMT Consulting website or Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Electronic Agreement & Notices

This Agreement is an electronic contract under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“E-SIGN Act”).

By using our Services, you consent to receive all notices and communications electronically via the email address you provide or through postings on our website.

2. Access and Retention

You must have Internet access and compatible equipment to use the Services.
You may download and retain a copy of these Terms for your records.

All downloaded materials are licensed for personal or internal business use only and may not be redistributed, shared, or resold.

3. Authorized and Commercial Use

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization (“Subscribing Entity”), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

Unauthorized or illegal uses—including scraping, automated data mining, password sharing, impersonation, or circumvention of access controls—are strictly prohibited.

You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize any JRMT Consulting content, course, or toolkit without express written permission.

If you purchased a white-label license, your use is governed by the accompanying White-Label License Agreement.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

Use strong passwords and secure devices. JRMT Consulting is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by weak passwords, compromised credentials, or unsecured access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute JRMT content except as expressly permitted

  • Use automated systems, including AI-powered tools, to scrape, replicate, or reverse-engineer proprietary materials

  • Upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of our systems

JRMT Consulting reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations at its discretion.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All website content, toolkits, graphics, videos, written materials, and downloadable resources are the property of JRMT Consulting, LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or share any JRMT content beyond the license granted at purchase.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any materials you upload or submit (“Your Content”). You grant JRMT Consulting a limited, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and use Your Content solely for operational purposes, service delivery, or anonymized promotional use.

You may not use the JRMT Consulting name, logo, or branding without prior written authorization.

7. Refunds and Access Revocation

All sales of digital products, downloads, and toolkits are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

JRMT Consulting reserves the right to revoke access to any product, toolkit, or course if use violates these Terms.

8. Modifications to Services

JRMT Consulting may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time.

If a paid Service is discontinued, reasonable notice will be provided unless immediate action is required for security or legal reasons.

9. Term and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by emailing inquiry@jrmtconsulting.com.

JRMT Consulting may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification—shall survive.

10. Copyright Policy (DMCA)

JRMT Consulting prohibits infringement of intellectual property rights.

To report alleged infringement, submit written notice to:

Notices must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work

  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material

  • Your contact information

  • A good-faith statement of unauthorized use

  • A statement under penalty of perjury

  • Your signature

JRMT Consulting will respond in accordance with the DMCA.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JRMT Consulting, LLC, its owner, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Services.

Your exclusive remedy shall not exceed the greater of $500 or the amount paid to JRMT Consulting in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

12. Educational and Informational Disclaimer

All fraud-prevention resources, checklists, toolkits, and courses are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

JRMT Consulting does not guarantee outcomes or the prevention of loss. All decisions and implementations are made at your own discretion and risk.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JRMT Consulting, LLC and its owner from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your misuse of the Services

  • Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights

14. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

15. Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Except where prohibited by law, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive the right to participate in class or representative actions.

You may opt out within 30 days by emailing inquiry@jrmtconsulting.com with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out.”

16. International Use & Data Transfers

If you access Services from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

You consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States, which may have different data protection standards.

17. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.

Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and JRMT Consulting regarding the Services.
